Happy Friday. I'm in a pleasant mood after listening to some Radiohead this morning(Hail to the Theif, specifically). You've got to appreciate those albums that improve with every play.

Last night, the Boston ave crew (+1 honorary roommate) went to the Powderhouse Pub in Somerville for a Bon Voyage/Happy Birthday/Let's Watch the Red Sox get shellacked get-together. At the pub, Irf, Hufton, and I got to experience The Mague, a non-menu item named after Steve himself, for the first time. The Mague is a chicken sandwich on a bulkie roll, topped with bacon, lettuce, tomato, honey mustard sauce, and -- for those with large enough mouths -- onion rings. I must say, The Mague proved to be a truly delicious, if not compact, sandwich. Post get-together, we played some intense MarioKart (battle mode). This is further proof that if MarioKart were crack, we would all be addicts, living on the streets, selling ourselves for one more showdown at the Big Donut. Road trip next year? I get to be Liam.
