Flip on the Telly, Wrestle with Jimmy
I've got a lot of work to do today, so I'll have to keep this brief.
Last night, Brendan and Sheri picked up the entertainment center that we bought from a guy on craigslist. This thing is pretty big, which was sort of the point, since Jimmy's 32-inch TV didn't fit in our other entertainment unit. It took 5 of us to put the thing together, but eventually, we got it standing. Brendan and Mike took over from there, showing us that their similarities did not end at looking like members of the Bussey family. They proved that they are also both audio/visual gurus, putting on a show of know-how for the 3 remaining roomies. There were televisions strewn throughout the living room and kitchen, miles of wires laying on the floor, video game consoles everywhere, but somehow that terrible twosome of Mike and Fernald managed to take these components and combine them into one glorious and huge-mongous stack of entertainment, which will surely require more electricity than Russia. We have the projection screen set to go for the pats game tonight, so if you want to come over, you better get to Boston Ave early for a good seat.
