Ralph Surprise, Chicken Enchiladas, Onion

Rarely do I have leftovers when I make a batch of Ralph Surprise (Do particular food dishes need to be in italics, quotations, underlined, etc?), but last night I got to enjoy some after a few hard-played games at Tuesday Night Church Basketball. Incidentally, Tuesday Night Church Basketball has just signed a deal with FOX and will be their answer to Monday Night Football. The only difference, aside from football being different from basketball, is that the player of the game will be picked by a nun instead of John Madden, and the player will have their picture hung on the side of my Pontiac Bonneville instead of the horse trailer. I'm going to go ahead and file that under "Jokes that are only funny to me".

For lunch today, I'm having a Healthy Choice Chicken Enchilada. I think the people of Mexico might shed a tear if they were ever to see how the people at Healthy Choice had chosen to represent their food. I cannot readily recognize the chicken in this "chicken" enchilada, and the rice side dish has sort of congealed to form one giant piece of rice that squeaks when I chew on it. Mmmm.

Check out the best stories of the year in this week's Onion.

Also, I haven't quite decided if I think this site is funny, but you can judge for yourself. See you tomorrow.
