Veinte Cinco de Mayo at Rudy's
Steve hung out at Boston Ave yesterday, and a few hours after I came back from work, we headed out to get some dinner. We met Brendan, Sheri, Janet, and John Damaske at Rudy's in Teele Square. I believe this fine Mexican eatery to be the third most famous thing named Rudy, immediately following Giuliani and Huxtable (who is now hot). Oh yeah, well maybe it's the fourth most famous, but I digress.
We had fun, talking about motorcycles, window shopping, and big heads (namely mine and Brendan's). No seriously, I swear, it was fun. Janet seemed to have forgotten that she was a prime target for jokes from Steve and I, so her unguarded comments provided more than enough fodder to fill our comic needs. I went home in minor discomfort, having reached the state of "uncomfortble fullness" while trying to defeat the enchilada sampler. Lifetime tally: Enchilada sampler 5, Brian 2.
That's all I really have to talk about today. If you have something better to talk about, bring it on.
I guess it's good to have a cause to fight for, but does this count?
