I watched the MTV Movie awards last night. I realize that the show will be replayed about 12 trillion times during the next two weeks, but I decided to get it over with immediately, in one chunk. Timmy clearly did not want to watch initially, but ended up staying for the duration. Some choice quotes and exchanges:

Timmy: Are those two boyfriend and girlfriend?
All : No.
Timmy: They sure are acting like it.
Me : They are professional actors.

Timmy: (disgusted) Who is this?
Jimmy: Yellowcard
Timmy: They are terrible. I feel like I'm watching a concert at Londonderry Commons.

Timmy: (watching Katie Holmes) She looks terrible.

Timmy: (watching Jessica Simpson) She looks terrible.

Timmy: (watching Molly Ringwald) She looks terrible.

Maybe only Steve will think this is funny.

It is Friday and I have no idea what I'm doing tonight, though whatever it is will be based upon the fact that I have to get up at 9:00 AM tomorrow morning. I was hoping to get some golf in this weekend, but it looks like it might rain all weekend. As much as I like golfing during thunder storms, I don't want to end up like this guy.
