Yesterday was a particularly lazy day. On Mondays, I usually watch Entourage and Six Feet Under on demand, then watch The 4400, which Mike tapes every week. After the 2 hours that this typically consumes, it's 5:30 -- time to go to the gym. Yesterday, I fell asleep right at the end of The 4400, then woke up at about 8:00. I couldn't get myself to go to the gym at that point, so I just watched the Sox game...You know, the one where they lost to the low-life Devil Rays to allow the Yankees into first place. Ugh. Anyway, I ended up staying up too late because I wasn't tired. Here's hoping I can manage to discontinue the Cycle of Tired today.

After checking out this page, I've realized that I don't have a favorite word. For that matter, I don't have a favorite song, band, painting, book, actor, actress, or movie. I have a list of those things that I generally like, but they're almost always changing. That's why I'll never be able to commit to a tattoo. My short list of favorite words (for the moment, at least...)?

3. Peruse
4. Aesthetic
5. Curmudgeon

They'll be different tomorrow.
