My House Smells of Rich Mahogany

My parents got me the iPod Nano for my birthday, though it was out of stock at the time, so it was delivered this week. Between that and my new laptop, this has been a big month for me in terms of personal technological advancement. I've stepped into the 21st century in a big way. We even have wireless internet at our apartment and DVR capability on our TV, which is sort of like a poor man's TiVo. You're not impressed? You have all that stuff already? Oh. Well, um, we have a robot maid that serves us dinner and washes the floors. A robot maid, I tell you!

Tonight, I'm doing a focus group at the Hyatt in Cambridge for WBCN. It's a little long for my liking, but I just have to talk about music for three hours and they'll pay me $75 cash. Not a bad deal. Also, it will help me map out a more direct route to Cambridge Focus, where I'll be working for the day tomorrow. It's actually right next to the Hyatt. I managed to get there okay last time, but it was in sort of a round about fashion. In case you're wondering, Cambridge Focus has not hired me. I just think the lady didn't know what to do after my first interview, so she asked me to come in and work at the office for a day. She mentioned something about getting paid, though we never discussed how much.

I might not be able to blog tomorrow, seeing as I'll be a guest at the office, but I'll make sure to get you any updates by Monday. Adios muchachos.
